摘要
为了评估城市消防系统的风险等级,将模糊理论引入到消防风险综合评价,建立城市消防风险评价模型,并验证其可行性。以宜宾市为例,分析宜宾市消防系统安全的影响因素,以公共消防基础、消防安全形势、消防救援力量、火灾防控体系四个一级指标,建立城市消防风险评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算各级指标的权重值,运用专家评价数据构造模糊关系矩阵,并根据最大隶属及加权平均原则判定消防风险等级。为城市消防安全分析与风险评价提供一定的依据。
In order to evaluate the risk level of urban fire protection system,the fuzzy theory is introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of fire risk,and the evaluation model of urban fire risk is established and its feasibility is verified.Taking Yibin City as an example,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of fire system safety in Yibin City.Based on the four first-class indexes of public fire protection foundation,fire safety situation,fire rescue force and fire prevention and control system,the urban fire risk evaluation index system is established.AHP is used to calculate the weight value of all levels of indicators,and expert evaluation data is used to construct fuzzy relation matrix.And determine the fire risk level according to the principle of maximum subordination and weighted average.It provides a certain basis for the analysis and risk assessment of urban fire safety.
