摘要
目的:观察痛泻宁颗粒联合美沙拉嗪治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)的临床疗效。方法:将D-IBS患者62例随机分为对照组与治疗组,各31例。对照组应用美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组给予痛泻宁联合美沙拉嗪治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后证候积分、免疫学指标免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)水平变化,并统计2组总体临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为83.87%,对照组为54.84%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者IgG、IgM、IgA水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组上述各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者腹痛、腹胀、腹泻等证候积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组各项积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痛泻宁颗粒联合美沙拉嗪治疗D-IBS疗效显著,可明显调节机体免疫功能,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongxiening granules combined with mesalazine for irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D). Methods:A total of 62 cases of IBS-D patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Tongxiening granules based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment,the changes in syndrome scores and levels of immunological indexes including IgG,IgM and IgA in the two groups were observed and compared. The total clinical effect in the two groups was counted. Results:The total effective rate was 83.87%in the treatment group and 54.84% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the syndrome scores including abdominal pain, abdominal distension and diarrhea in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Tongxiening granules combined with mesalazine for IBS-D has significant curative effect and can significantly regulate immune function of the body,whose curative effect is better than that of western medicine.
