摘要
甲基丙烯酸是生产水泥助磨剂的重要原料,其存储使用过程的安全管控和应急防范是水泥耐磨剂生产企业的重要工作内容。分析了甲基丙烯酸的火灾危险性和健康危险性,结合某企业甲基丙烯酸存储现状,设定了泄漏扩散场景,采用ALOHA分析了不同外界风速条件下,泄漏后健康危害危险区域和泄漏后火灾高温危害危险区域分布范围。结果表明:不同风速条件下,因其泄漏后毒性特征形成危险区域范围边界距泄漏点最远39m;因泄漏火灾形成的高温危险区域范围边界距泄露点最远为13m。可为水泥助磨剂生产企业科学制定泄漏应急预案提供指导。
Methacrylic acid is an important raw material for the production of cement abrasives.The safety control and emergency prevention of its storage and process of using are the important work of cement abrasives production enterprises.This paper analyzes the fire risk and health risk of methacrylic acid,sets the leakage and diffusion scenario based on the storage status of methacrylic acid in an enterprise,analyzes the distribution range of health hazards and fire high temperature hazards after leakage under different external wind speed conditions by using ALOHA.The results show that under different wind speed conditions,the maximum distance between the boundary of the hazardous area and the leakage point is 39 m due to the toxicity characteristics after the leakage,and the maximum distance between the hazardous boundary caused by the high temperature and the leakage point is 13 m due to the leakage fire.It can provide guidance for the enterprise to formulate the leakage emergency plan scientifically.
