摘要
采用Gleeble-3800热模拟机,在热变形温度850~1100℃,应变速率0.01~10 s-1下,进行2205+Q345圆柱试样热压缩复合实验,研究了2205+Q345在热压缩复合过程中的微观组织演变和动态再结晶行为,成功建立了2250/Q345热压缩复合的Arrhenius型本构方程,然后采用SEM分别对热压缩复合变形后的微观组织进行了分析,结果表明在应变速率为1~10 s-1,温度为1050~1100℃时热压缩复合效果相对较好。该研究为金属复合工艺提供热变形参数。
Using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine,at temperature 850~1100℃and strain rate 0.01~10 s-1,hot compression composite test was carried out on 2205+Q345 cylindrical samples.Microstructure evolution and dynamic recrystallization behavior in the hot compression composite process of 2205+Q345 were studied.Successfully established the Arrhenius type constitutive equation of 2250/Q345 thermal compression composite,and then analyzed the microstructure after thermal compression composite deformation using EBSD and SEM.The results show that the effect of thermal compression composite is relatively good attemperature 975~1100℃and strain rate 1~10 s-1,which provided the rmal deformation parametersfor metal composite process.
