摘要
针对目前元坝气田汽提塔工艺参数不合理、汽提效率远低于设计要求、存在极大优化空间的现象,开展了含硫气田水汽提效率影响因素分析研究,确定出主控因素为气液比、进液量、进液pH和填料比表面积,以此指导汽提塔汽提效率优化。现场应用表明,优化后汽提塔汽提效率达到76.6%,比优化前提高29.2%,年节约成本280.97万元,降本增效效果显著,也为同类海相高含硫气田的现场应用提供一定的参考。
Aiming at the problems of unreasonable process parameters of the stripper and low stripping efficiency that far below the design requirements,to solve the problems and optimize production performance in the Yuanba Gas Field,Sichuan,SW China,the stripping efficiency and the influencing factors were studied.Results show that the gas-liquid ratio,influent volume,influent pH,and filler specific surface area were the main impact factors,based on which the stripping efficiency of the stripper was optimized.Field application showed that the stripping efficiency after optimization reaches 76.6%,increased by 29.2%before optimization.The annual cost saving was 2.8 million,showing significant effect on cost reduction and profit enhancement.A certain reference is provided for field application of similar marine gas field with high sulfur content.
