摘要
随着近些年我国居民生活水平的提高,社会对于建筑工程施工质量的要求也在逐渐提升,而建筑工程的施工质量又直接决定了建筑的安全与性能,若是施工质量无法达到国家要求,必定会在建筑投入使用后引发一系列安全问题。为此,建筑施工企业与管理部门必须在现有基础上进行改革,引入有效的管理方法和策略,从而提高施工质量管理工作的效率。
With the improvement of the living standard of the residents in our country in recent years,the social requirements for the construction quality of construction projects are also gradually improving,and the construction quality of construction projects directly determines the safety and performance of buildings.If the construction quality cannot meet the requirements of the state,it will inevitably lead to a series of safety problems when the building is put into use.Therefore,the construction enterprise and the management department must carry out the reform on the existing basis,introduce the effective management method and strategy,and thus enhance the efficiency of the construction quality management work.
