摘要
光电振荡器是一种由光载射频链路和电学正反馈回路组成的混合系统,由于使用低损耗光纤作为储能器件,大大提高了振荡器的Q值,降低了振荡信号的相位噪声。针对航天系统信号参量感知的应用需求,文章开展低相噪光电振荡器技术在温度/应力静态量传感、动态信号检测以及射频信号感知接收等应用研究,并实验验证了基于光电振荡器的高精度温度传感器与应变传感器,高灵敏的微弱振动信号检测器以及具有镜频高度抑制的、用于射频信号感知的外差接收机。
Optoelectric oscillator(OEO)is a hybrid system composed of Radio over Frequency link and electrical positive feedback loop.Since low-loss fiber is used as the energy storage device,the Q value of the oscillator is remarkably improved and the phase noise of the oscillating signal is decreased.Aiming at the engineering application of signal parameter sensing in aerospace systems,this paper conducts research on low phase noise OEO technology in temperature or strain sensing,dynamic signal detection,and RF signal sensing reception.In addition,high-precision temperature and strain sensor,high-sensitivity weak vibration signal detector,and heterodyne receiver with highly-rejected image frequency for RF signal sensing reception are also experimentally analyzed.
