摘要
文章利用耦合协调度模型测度了河南省物流业综合发展水平及规模水平、投入水平、产出水平、成长能力四个维度间的耦合协调发展状况.通过研究发现,目前河南省物流业整体水平虽有所提升,但各维度间耦合协调状况主要处于失调或濒临失调状态,且发展水平、发展速度差距较大,其中成长能力的发展水平、发展速度及与其他三个维度间的耦合协调度均最低,其次分别是规模水平与产出水平.因此,提出分别从丰富物流人才供应渠道提高物流业成长能力、抓住机遇拓展物流业务渠道及丰富业务类型提高物流业规模、优化物流要素投入结构加强高端人才投入及自动化、信息化投入提高产出效率,为提升河南省物流业综合发展水平提供思路.
The paper measures the comprehensive development level of logistics industry of Henan Province and the coordinated development status of the four dimensions which are the scale level,input level,output level and growth ability of the logistics industry by using the coupling coordination model.Through the research,it is found that the overall level of the logistics industry in Henan Province has been improved,but the coordination status of four dimensions are still in disorder or on the verge of disorder,and there are still big gaps about the development level and development speed among four dimensions.The development level,development speed of growth ability and the coupling coordination degree with other three dimensions are the lowest,followed by the scale level and output level respectively.Therefore,to improve the growth ability of the logistics industry,the paper puts forward some suggestions,which include enriching the supply channels of logistics talents to improve growth ability,seizing the opportunity to expand the logistics business channels and enriching the business types to improve the scale of the logistics industry,optimizing the input structure of logistics elements by strengthening investment in aspects of high-end talents,automation and information construction to improve the output efficiency,so as to provide ideas for improving the comprehensive development level of the logistics industry in Henan Province.
