摘要
为提高卷烟主流烟气中挥发性、半挥发性、酚类和羰基类化合物的检测工作效率,对现有前处理过程进行改良,采用CX-572吸附材料和专利捕集器对主流烟气进行捕集,应用气相色谱质谱联用仪和液相色谱仪进行检测,建立一次捕集同时检测以上4类化合物中代表性危害成分的分析方法。结果表明,采用CX-572吸附材料能够同时捕集主流烟气中挥发性、半挥发性、酚类和羰基类化合物,方法的检出限0.003~0.250μg/支,回收率85.1%~103.3%,分析结果与现有行业标准一致,适用于批量检测。
A rapid method for analysis of VOCs,semi-VOCs,major phenolic and carbonyl compounds in mainstream cigarette smoke had been developed base on adsorbent method.The above compounds were captured simultaneously by the absorbent and Cambridge filter,and analyzed by GC-MS and HPLC.The results showed the limits of detection for the analysis 0.003-0.250μg/cig,with the recovery 85.1%-103.3%,had better consistency with tobacco industry standards.The developed method featured efficiency and was suitable for determination.
