摘要
肉桂为药食两用植物资源。肉桂精油是一种绿色、安全、长效的抑菌活性成分。基于国内近10年对肉桂精油的研究,对肉桂精油的提取、抑菌活性和气相抑制防腐保鲜方面的应用做了总结和研究,对其值得深入研究的几个方面进行了展望,为肉桂精油的进一步开发应用提供参考。
Cinnamon is a plant which can be used medicinally and edible.Cinnamon essential oil is a green,safe and enduring effect of antibacterial ingredient.Based on the research of cinnamon essential oil in recent 10 years in China,the extraction,antibacterial activity and application of antimicrobial effect on microbes in air of cinnamon essential oil were summarized and studied.We prospected the further study of several aspects in order to provide reference for the further development and application of cinnamon essential oil.
