离心萃取油莎豆油脱酸的工艺 被引量:3

Deacidification Technology of Crude Cyperus esculentus Oil by Centrifugal Extraction

摘要 采用智能离心萃取系统对油莎豆油进行萃取脱酸研究,结合单因素试验与响应面Central-Composite分析对毛油进行脱酸优化。考察乙醇体积分数、萃取剂/毛油料液比、萃取器转速和级数4个因素的影响。结果表明,与常规萃取相比,离心萃取时间更短、溶剂使用量更少、自动化和可靠性更高。离心萃取脱酸的最佳条件为:乙醇体积分数95%,料液比(95%乙醇︰毛油)2.5︰1,转速3050 r/min,级数采用4级逆流操作;在这种最优化条件下,毛油萃取后酸价为0.60 mg KOH/g;改变萃取方式,采用2级逆流+2级逆流萃取后,酸价为0.42 mg KOH/g,达到国家成品油标准。 An intelligent centrifugal extraction system was used to study the deacidification of crude Cyperus esculentus oil.The deacidification of crude oil was optimized by single-factor experimental conditions and response surface analysis using a centrifugal extraction system.The effects of ethanol concentration,extractant/crude oil flow ratio,rotation speed and stages were investigated.The results showed that compared with conventional extraction,centrifugal extraction time was shorter,solvent usage was less,and automation and reliability was higher.The optimal condition for deacidification by centrifugal extraction was 95%ethanol concentration,flow ratio(95%ethanol︰crude oil)2.5︰1,rotation speed 3050 r/min,and 4-stage reverse flow operation.Under such optimal condition,the acid value of crude oil after extraction was 0.60 mg KOH/g.After changing the extraction method to 2-stage countercurrent+2-stage countercurrent extraction,the acid value was 0.42 mg KOH/g,which reached the national refined oil standard.
