摘要
对高度为53~110m的经典户型钢结构住宅在不同抗震设防烈度下、不同基本风压下的用钢量通过正交试验方法进行了大量试算,对梁、柱、支撑3类主要结构构件进行用钢量统计分析,得出地震设防烈度、基本风压及结构高度对主体结构用钢量影响的敏感性特点,并用处理后的数据对结论进行量化分析,最后归纳总结了基本变化规律。对今后钢结构住宅开发时的可行性研究、成本控制和设计提供了一定的参考。
In this paper,the steel consumption of classic steel buildings is analyzed and studied.The height of building is between 53~110 m.The analysis of steel consumption is performed under different seismic intensity and different basic wind pressure via orthogonal experiment design.A statistic analysis is made about the steel consumption of three kinds of components-beam,column and support.The influence of seismic intensity,wind pressure load and structure height on the steel consumption of structure is obtained,and the conclusion is analyzed quantitatively with the processed date via orthogonal experiment design.The basic change rules are summarized.It provides some reference for the cost control and design reference of residence steel structure in the future.
