阳泉地区煤矸石中硫嵌布状态及分布规律 被引量:3

Sulfur embedding and distribution in coal gangue of Yangquan area

摘要 针对阳煤集团煤矸石山自燃的问题,首先对煤矸石矿物性质进行分析,通过筛分试验从粒度角度对煤矸石中的碳进行研究;对于煤矸石中的硫,通过全硫的测定进行定量分析,8个粒级的硫含量都超过了2.00%,利用su8020扫描电镜从微观方面对硫的嵌布状态及不同解离程度下硫的分布规律的研究,并通过ImageJ软件进行图像处理分析求解,对应的分形维数D分别为1.766、1.733、1.607和1.323,结果表明:分形维数D与黄铁矿嵌布分散程度呈负相关。 Aiming at the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue hills in Yangquan Coal Group,first the properties of coal gangue minerals are analyzed,and the carbon in coal gangue is studied from the perspective of particle size through screening test;the sulfur in coal gangue is quantified by the determination of total sulfur according to the analysis,the sulfur content of all the eight particle grades exceeds 2.00%.The su8020 scanning electron microscope is used to study the microscopic state of sulfur embedding and distribution of samples with different dissociation degrees,and image processing analysis is performed with ImageJ software.The corresponding fractal dimensions D are 1.766,1.733,1.607 and 1.323,respectively,and it is concluded that the fractal dimension D is negatively correlated with the degree of pyrite embedding.
