摘要
为了消除宽沟煤矿B4煤层回采后遗留煤柱对下部煤层的影响,通过理论计算及数值模拟分析相结合的研究方法,对上煤层W1145工作面回采后所遗留的煤柱应力在底板传递的规律和下部煤层W1123工作面回采过程工作面应力分布状况进行研究,研究结果表明:B4煤层回采后煤柱应力变形集中区为13.12m;在煤柱铅直应力作用下,下部煤层距离煤柱60m处时,煤岩体内应力明显升高,距离剩20m左右位置时达到峰值;进入采空区后,煤岩体应力快速的降低,在远离煤柱35m后恢复至开采前的应力水平,影响走向范围可达140m。研究采用超前预裂爆破、两回采巷道侧向切顶方式综合处理顶板,以实现消除煤柱应力影响。
In order to eliminate the influence of the coal pillar left over from B4 coal seam on the lower coal seam in Kuanggou Coal Mine,theoretical calculations and numerical simulation are carried out,to study the law of stress transfer in the floor of the pillar left behind after mining the W1145 coal face in the upper coal seam and the stress distribution the W1123 coal face in the lower seam during the mining,the results show that:the stress and deformation concentration area after mining is 13.12m in B4 coal seam;under the vertical stress of coal pillar,when the lower coal seam is 60m away from the coal pillar,the stress in coal and rock mass increases obviously,and reaches the peak value when the distance remains 20m;After entering the goaf,the stress of coal and rock mass decreases rapidly,and restores to the pre-mining stress level after being 35m away from the coal pillar,the influence range can reach 140m.In order to eliminate the influence of coal pillar stress,the roof is comprehensively treated by pre-splitting blasting and transverse roof cutting in the two mining roadways.
