摘要
基于小回沟煤矿实际采矿地质条件与开拓开采现状,以建设山西省矸石零排放示范型绿色矿山为目标,通过对国内现有矸石处理技术进行分析,结合选煤厂矸石产量预测,提出小回沟煤矿矸石零排放总体构思,确定采用综合机械化固体充填技术来解决矿井生产过程中年产约0.87Mt的矸石,并对矸石运输系统、高效充填系统中的核心问题进行了详细的研究。最后,针对项目前期矸石的处理以及项目实施过程中矸石来源不均衡、煤层起伏变化较大等问题制定了相应的技术保障措施。通过系统的设计和研究,建立了小回沟煤矿全生命周期矸石零排放技术体系。
The mining geological conditions,the development and mining status of Xiaohuigou Coal Mine are analyzed,in order to build a demonstration green mine with zero gangue discharge in Shanxi Province,the overall plan is put forward by analyzing the current technology and the prediction of gangue output,and the fully-mechanized filling and coal mining technology is adopted to eliminate the 0.87Mt gangue produced each year,and the core problems of gangue transportation and filling system are analyzed.Finally,the technical support measures are formulated for the imbalanced gangue sources and wavy coal seams.Through the design and research,the zero discharge system of gangue in the full life cycle of Xiaohuigou Coal Mine is established,which can provide references for the gangue treatment in similar conditions.
