摘要
目的中药合欢皮具有良好的抗焦虑作用,其主要活性成分为合欢皮正丁醇提取物(ANE)。大量的研究表明ANE对癌症患者的抗焦虑作用显著,但对ANE的毒性反应研究较少。该研究旨在探讨ANE对肝、肾及其他相关器官可能的毒性反应。方法15只雌性小鼠用于进行肝肾毒性和其他器官毒性反应研究。测定丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(CRE)和尿蛋白表达水平。结果在8 mg/kg的剂量下ANE对小鼠的肝、肾、脾、心、肺无不良反应。而当剂量提高到40 mg/kg时会导致器官轻微损伤。结论ANE在8 mg/kg剂量下,对肝和肾等无毒性反应。
Objective Chinese herbal medicine Albizia julibrissin has a good anti-anxiety effect,and the main active ingredients are Albizia julibrissin n-butanol extract(ANE).Researchers have reported the anti-anxiety effects of ANE on cancer patients,but the toxicity of ANE has been rarely studied.This study was aimed to investigate the possible toxic effects of ANE on the liver,kidney,and other related organs.Methods Fifteen female mice were used to study thehepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity.The following parameters were assayed:alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),total protein(TP),albumin,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(CRE)and Urinary protein.Results These results showed that ANE 8mg/kg was safe,and had no harmful effects on liver,kidney,spleen,heart and lung of mice.While the ANE 40mg/kg group showed slight damage on these organs.Conclusion ANE has no hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity and other toxicity effects under the dose of 8mg/kg.
