摘要
高寒地区边境作战的战时血液保障具有鲜明特点,其寒冷气候条件使温区急进高寒地区血液运输保障面临重大挑战。故从不同血液成分应区别对待和准备、安全有效的血液运输是保证血液质量的前提、积极构建血液保障平台三个方面进行了讨论,以期能提高血液保障效能。
The blood support for border operations in the alpine region has distinctive characteristics.The cold climate causes the blood transportation and support from the warm region to become very challenging.This paper discusses that different blood components should be treated and prepared differently,safe and effective blood transportation is the premise of blood quality,and a blood support platform should be actively built,which contribute to the improvement in the effectiveness of blood support.
