摘要
目的探究经鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月至2019年5月山东威海解放军970医院收治的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者200例,根据治疗方法分为对照组(单纯实施手术治疗)与观察组(手术结合药物治疗),各100例。结果经过分析对比两组的临床疗效可知,在治疗总有效率指标上观察组明显高于对照组,两组数据间的差距具备统计学价值(P<0.05);对比两组的生存质量评分可知,相较于对照组,观察组的评分明显更高,两组数据间的差距具备统计学价值(P<0.05);同时,观察组在鼻腔通气、鼻粘膜恢复以及住院等方面所花费的时间较对照组相比明显更短,两组数据间的差距具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论将经鼻内镜手术与药物治疗的方法运用于慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的临床治疗中,对于患者的临床疗效能够起到显著的改善作用,应广泛运用于临床。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transnasal endoscopic surgery combined with drugs on chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to Shandong Weihai PLA 970 Hospital from June 2014 to May 2019 were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(surgical treatment only)and the observation group(surgical treatment combined with drug treatment),100 cases each.Results After analysis and comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups,it can be seen that the observation group is significantly higher than the control group in terms of the total effective rate of treatment.The gap between the two groups of data is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the quality of life scores of the two groups can be seen Compared with the control group,the observation group’s score was significantly higher,and the gap between the two groups’data was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time,the observation group spent time in nasal ventilation,nasal mucosal recovery,and hospitalization It was significantly shorter than the control group,and the gap between the two groups of data had statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transnasal endoscopic surgery and drug therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients and should be widely used in clinical practice.
