矿井回采工作面瓦斯均压治理研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决高瓦斯、自然发火矿井回采工作面采空区瓦斯异常涌出、遗煤漏风等问题,基于均压通风技术工作原理,总结得出调节风窗均压、改变工作面通风系统、开放并联网络和调节风窗与风机联合均压4种不同均压技术,并应用于孙疃煤矿回采工作面。结果表明:通过改变通风系统,1026工作面未出现瓦斯及CO异常;1017工作面实施开放并联网络均压措施后,墙内外压差降为15 Pa,墙前无瓦斯;1047工作面10411机巷通过局部网络均压调节,密闭墙3墙内外压差基本稳定在10~20 Pa,墙前无瓦斯;102采区10210风巷通过设置单调压气室-连通管调压系统,抑制了采空区瓦斯向巷道的涌出。实验证明均压技术可有效地控制漏风量,抑制采空区瓦斯异常涌出。 In order to solve the problems of abnormal gas emission in the goaf of the mining face of high-gas and spontaneous combustion mines, and coal leakage, etc., based on the working principle of pressure equalization ventilation technology, summed up the adjustment of the window equalization pressure, changed the working surface ventilation system, and open parallel, there are four different equalizing technologies for network and regulating windshield and fan combined equalization, and they are applied to the mining face of Suntuan coal mine. The results show that by changing the ventilation system, there are no gas and CO anomalies on the 1026 working face;after the open parallel network pressure equalization measures are implemented on the 1017 working face, the pressure difference between the internal and external pressure of the wall is reduced to 15 Pa, and there is no gas in front of the wall;the 10411 roadway of 1047 working face is adjusted by local network pressure equalization.The pressure difference between the inside and outside walls of the closed wall 3 is basically stable at10 to 20 Pa, and there is no gas in front of the wall. The 10210 wind roadway in the 102 mining area is equipped with a monotonic air chamber-connecting pipe pressure regulating system to suppress goafing. District gas gushing to the roadway. The experiment proves that the pressure equalization technology can effectively control the air leakage and suppress the abnormal gas emission in the goaf.
