摘要
目的分析外周血调节性T细胞(Treg)和神经元特异烯醇化酶(NSE)在急性脑梗死患者中的表达及与脑损伤程度的相关性。方法将2017年9月-2019年9月我院收治的61例急性脑梗死患者作为研究组,选取同期于我院行健康体检的29例体检健康者作为对照组,对比各组外周血Treg数目、NSE水平,不同梗死范围、脑损伤程度的急性脑梗死患者外周血Treg数目、NSE水平,并进一步分析外周血Treg数目、NSE水平与急性脑梗死患者梗死范围、脑损伤程度的相关性。结果研究组外周血Treg数目明显少于对照组,而NSE水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。外周血Treg数目大梗死亚组<中梗死亚组<小梗死亚组,NSE水平大梗死亚组>中梗死亚组>小梗死亚组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。外周血Treg数轻型亚组>中型亚组>重型亚组,NSE水平轻型亚组<中型亚组<重型亚组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经Spearman相关性分析,急性脑梗死患者外周血Treg数目与梗死范围及脑损伤程度呈负相关,NSE水平与梗死范围及脑损伤程度呈正相关。结论急性脑梗死患者外周血Treg数目、NSE水平与其梗死范围及脑组织受损程度具有相关性,可作为本病诊断、治疗及预后评估的参考指标。
Objective To analyze the expression of peripheral blood regulatory T cells(Treg)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its correlation with the severity of brain injury.Methods Sixty-one patients with ACI treated in this hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were enrolled as the research group,and 29 healthy people who underwent health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The number of peripheral blood Treg cells and NSE level in each group were compared,and the number of peripheral blood Treg cells and NSE level in patients with different infarction range and in patients with degree of brain injury were compared.The correlation between the number of peripheral blood Treg cells,NSE level and the infarction range,severity of brain injury in patients with ACI was analyzed.Results The number of Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the research group was significantly less than that of the control group,while the NSE level in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The number of Tregs in peripheral blood was the largest in large infarction subgroup,followed by medium infarction subgroup and small infarction subgroup,and NSE level was the highest in large infarction subgroup,followed by medium infarction subgroup and small infarction subgroup(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The number of peripheral blood Treg cells was the largest in mild subgroup,followed by moderate subgroup and severe subgroup,and NSE expression was the lowest in mild subgroup,followed by moderate subgroup and severe subgroup(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the number of peripheral blood Treg cells in patients with ACI was negatively correlated with the range of infarction and the severity of brain injury,and the NSE level was positively correlated with the range of infarction and the severity of brain injury.Conclusion The number of peripheral blood Treg cells and the level of NSE in patients with ACI are correlated to the range of infarction and the degree of brain tissue damage,which can be used as reference indicators for diagnosis,treatment and evaluation of prognosis of this disease.
