摘要
心力衰竭为各种心血管疾病的严重和终末阶段,其中,射血分数保留性心力衰竭发病率逐年增加,预后较差。目前关于其发病机制尚不明确,临床治疗存在一定困难。文章基于中西医对本病病因与发病机制的认识,提出从"血-脉-心-神"一体观辨治射血分数保留性心力衰竭,阐述血脉、心体、神与射血分数保留性心力衰竭的关系,提出育心、活血通脉、心神共调治疗理论,以期为临床治疗提供新思路,从而提高临床疗效。
Heart failure is a serious and terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases,in which the incidence of conserving heart failure is increasing year by year and the prognosis is poor.At present,its pathogenesis is still unclear,and clinical treatment is difficult.Based on traditional Chinese and western medicine to the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,this paper puts forward from the perspective of‘blood-pulse-heart-spirit’integral concept of treating ejection fraction reserved for heart failure,discusses the relationship between blood pulse,heart body,spirit and ejection fraction reserved for heart failure.In addition,the theory of cultivating the heart,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction impulses and regulating the heart and spirit is put forward in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment and improve the clinical effect.
