摘要
企业社会责任是建构企业与社会之间和谐关系的一种基本思想。为化解我国现阶段减贫速度和脱贫质量之间的突出矛盾,从企业履行社会责任参与贫困治理视角探寻理论依据,分析其现实必要性和重要性,对我国企业履行社会责任参与贫困治理的实践历程进行系统梳理和经验总结,分析企业履行社会责任参与贫困治理中存在的问题。基于此,提出了建立健全企业社会责任法律法规、完善企业社会责任评价和反馈体系、制定科学合理的企业社会责任战略的政策建议,为巩固脱贫成果,提升扶贫绩效,构建稳定脱贫的长效机制提供参考。
Corporate social responsibility is a basic idea of building a harmonious relationship between enterprises and society.In order to resolve the prominent contradiction between the speed of poverty reduction and the quality of poverty alleviation,the theoretical basis is explored from the perspective of corporate social responsibility participation in poverty governance,its practical necessity and importance is analyzed,the practical process of corporate social responsibility participation in poverty governance is systematically combed and summarized,and the existing problems is analyzed in corporate social responsibility participation in poverty governance question.Based on this,the policy suggestions of establishing and improving the laws and regulations of corporate social responsibility are proposed,improving the evaluation and feedback system of corporate social responsibility,and formulating scientific and reasonable corporate social responsibility strategy,which can provide reference for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,improving the performance of poverty alleviation,and building a longterm mechanism of stable poverty alleviation.
