木棉/棉混纺纱线的结构与性能的测试与评价 被引量:1

摘要 以木棉/棉20/80紧密纺混纺纱线为研究对象,对比研究了四种木棉/棉混纺纱线的结构与性能。结果表明:木棉纤维在混纺纱线中被压扁,并且主要分布在纱线表面,条干整体较均匀,与环锭纺纯棉纱线相比,其CV值、千米细节、千米粗节略高;3mm内的纱线毛羽数略高于环锭纺纯棉纱线;纱线强度在16cN/tex^20cN/tex之间,断裂伸长率大于5.3%,与环锭纺纯棉纱线类似。 Kapok/cotton 20/80 compact spinning blended yarn was taken as the research object,and the structure and properties of four kinds of kapok/cotton blended yarns were comparatively studied.The results showed that the kapok fibers were flattened in the blended yarn and were mainly distributed on the surface of the blended yarn,and the whole yarn was comparatively even.Compared with the ring spinning cotton yarn,its CV value,kilometer detail,kilometer thickness were slightly higher.The number of yarn hairiness within 3mm was slightly higher than that of ring spinning cotton yarn.The yarn strength was between 16-20cN/tex,and the elongation at break was greater than 5.3%which was similar to ring spinning cotton yarn.
