摘要
目的探讨新生儿肺炎抗生素联合布地奈德对新生儿血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月本院收治的新生儿肺炎患者124例,应用随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,各62例。对照组进行布地奈德治疗治疗,研究组进行抗生素联合布地奈德治疗。观察分析两组血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平以及各项临床症状消失时间。结果研究组血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于对照组[(3.4±1.3)mg/L比(7.5±1.5)mg/L、(142.2±21.8)ng/L比(176.4±23.9)ng/L、(23.4±4.4)pg/L比(29.3±2.5)pg/L,均P<0.05];研究组气促消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、鼻阻消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组[(4.1±0.8)d比(5.3±1.2)d、(5.5±1.4)d比(6.8±1.5)d、(8.6±1.9)d比(9.4±1.8)d、(11.2±1.7)d比(15.4±1.6)d,均P<0.05]。对照组出现2例鼻粘膜刺激,1例出现过敏,研究组出现1例鼻粘膜刺激,两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗生素联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎能降低血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平,提高患儿细胞免疫功能,改善各项临床症状,安全性较好,值得大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of antibiotics combined with budesonide on serum levels of CRP,IL-6,and IL-10 in neonates with pneumonia.Methods A total of 124 neonates with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April,2018 to April,2019 were selected,and divided into a control group and a study group by the random number method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the study group with antibiotics and budesonide.The serum levels of CRP,IL-6,and IL-10 and the disappearance times of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The serum levels of CRP,IL-6,and IL-10 were lower in the study group than in the control group[(3.4±1.3)mg/L vs.(7.5±1.5)mg/L,(142.2±21.8)ng/L vs.(176.4±23.9)ng/L,and(23.4±4.4)pg/L vs.(29.3±2.5)pg/L,all P<0.05].The times for the disappearance of breath shortness,lung wet rale,and nasal resistance and hospital stay were shorter in the study group than in the control group[(4.1±0.8)d vs.(5.3±1.2)d,(5.5±1.4)d vs.(6.8±1.5)d,(8.6±1.9)d vs.(9.4±1.8)d,and(11.2±1.7)d vs.(15.4±1.6)d;all P<0.05].In the control group,2 cases got nasal mucosa stimulation and 1 allergy;in the study group,1 case got nasal mucosa stimulation;there was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Antibiotics combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia can reduce serum levels of CRP,IL-6,and IL-10 and improve cellular immune function and clinical symptoms,and is safe,so it is worth promoting the application.
