摘要
随着高职教育的快速发展,产教融合、校企合作的运营理念逐渐融入到企业和学校合作办学的教育机制中。通过问卷调查的方式,研究国内高职院校实训基地的教学现状,结合调研数据,提出工厂制、1+N和双线融合等教育教学模式,以期打造新型职业教育教学模式的平台,为国家职业教育的发展提供具有特色的教学理念和发展研究方向。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the operation concept of integration of production and education,school and enterprise cooperation has gradually integrated into the education mechanism of enterprise and school cooperation.Through the way of questionnaire survey,this paper studies the teaching status of the training base of higher vocational colleges in China.Combined with the survey data,it puts forward the education and teaching modes of factory system,1+N and double line integration,in order to create a platform for new vocational education teaching mode,and to provide characteristic teaching concept and development research direction for the development of national vocational education.
