摘要
为优化高速道岔尖轨转换扳动力的计算,应用有限元方法分别建立道岔尖轨轨腰力计算模型与外锁闭装置受力计算模型,提出一种计算高速道岔尖轨转换锁闭力的方法。以高速铁路18号单开道岔及新外锁闭装置为例,探究锁闭装置对尖轨转换计算的影响,揭示尖轨转换锁闭力随夹异物大小、夹异物位置变化的规律。结果表明,新外锁闭装置对尖轨转换计算产生的影响不容忽视。尖轨转换锁闭力在密贴尖轨锁闭过程中其最大锁闭力与既有的尖轨轨腰力相比可降低约21%;当牵引点处存在夹异物时,该牵引点处的锁闭力随夹异物尺寸的增加而明显增大,但对其他牵引点处的锁闭力影响较小;夹异物尺寸越大,外锁闭装置从开始锁闭至达到最大锁闭力所需的锁闭杆位移越大。
In order to optimize the calculation of the high-speed turnout point rail switching force,the finite element method is used to establish the rail web force calculation model of the point rail switching and the force calculation model of the external lock device,and a method for calculating the locking force of the high-speed turnout point rail is proposed.With reference to the high-speed railway No.18 single turnout and the new external locking device,the influence of the locking device on the calculation of the change of the point rail is investigated,and the law of the change of the locking force of the point rail with the size of the foreign object and the position of the foreign object is revealed.The results show that the impact of the new external locking device on the calculation of the point rail switching can’t be ignored.The maximum locking force of the point rail switching locking force during the locking of the point rail is reduced by about 21%compared with the existing point rail web force;when there is a foreign object at the towing point,the locking force at the towing point increases significantly with the increase of the size of the foreign object,but has less impact on the locking force at other towing points;the larger the size of the foreign object,the greater the displacement of the locking lever required by the process when the locking device acts from the start to the maximum locking force.
