摘要
可倾瓦块的弹性支点能够改善轴承的润滑性能和动力学性能。针对带预紧弹簧的可倾瓦支点结构,分析了弹性支点可倾瓦轴承的工作过程,并基于瓦块支点受力平衡提出了一种弹性支点的图解设计方法。根据特定工况条件下的动力学性能要求,合理设计弹性支点的刚度和预紧力等参数;针对案例轴承设计了弹性支点的结构。结果表明:通过在3 000~10 000 r/min范围内轴承动力学性能的自适应调节,可使可倾瓦轴承的综合刚度保持为256 N/μm,从而提高变工况条件下转子系统的运动精度。
The elastic pivot of the tilting pad can improve the lubrication performance and dynamics performance of the bearing.For the tilting pivot structure with pre-tightened spring,the working process of the elastic pivot tilting pad bearing is analyzed in this paper,and a graphical design method of elastic pivot based on force balance of the tilting pad pivot is proposed.According to the dynamic characteristics requirements of specific working conditions,the parameters of the elastic pivot are designed properly,such as stiffness and pre-tightening force.For the case bearing,the structure of the elastic pivot is designed.The bearing stiffness can be kept at 256 N/μm through the self-adaptive regulation of the dynamic characteristics within the speed range 3 000~10 000 r/min.And then the kinematic accuracy of the rotor system in different working conditions is improved.
