摘要
目的:探讨规范化护理方案在非人类获得性免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染的免疫低下宿主肺炎患者中的应用价值。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2016年8月-2018年8月在中日友好医院住院的非HIV感染的免疫低下肺炎患者共158例,随机分为两组:观察组75例,采用规范化护理;对照组83例,采用常规护理。比较两组患者临床指标、ADL和满意度情况。结果:观察组的退热时间、咳嗽恢复时间、咳痰恢复时间、住院时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的ADL和满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在非HIV感染的免疫低下宿主肺炎中,严格实施规范化护理有助于促进患者早日康复,缩短住院时长,提高ADL,提高患者住院满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of standardized nursing program in pneumonia of immunocompromised host infected with non-human acquired immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 158 non-HIV immunocompromised patients who were hospitalized in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from August 2016 and August 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups.75 patients in the observation group received standardized nursing,and 83 patients in the control group received conventional nursing.Clinical indexes,activity of daily living and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,cough recovery time,phlegm recovery time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The activity of daily living and satisfaction degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions In the pneumonia of non-HIV immunocompromised host,the strict implementation of standardized nursing can promote the early recovery of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve activity of daily living and improve their satisfaction.
