摘要
《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》的发布,标志着中国高校双创教育进入了政府统一领导下深入推进的新阶段,双创教育改革已成为高校甚至全社会的共识。创新创业教育的发展应遵循"以人为本"的教育发展理念,遵循教育自身发展的客观规律、人才培养规律与人才成长规律。但现阶段创新创业教育或多或少还存在"精英化""活动化"和"碎片化"的问题,需要高校将创新创业教育融入人才培养方案和教学计划,加强与学科专业建设的结合,加强创新创业教育总的产教融合,还需要在提升高校领导的意识、教师教学能力和管理人员水平等方面努力。
The issuance of Implementation Opinions on Deepening Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities marked that the innovation&entrepreneurship education of China’s colleges and universities has entered a new stage of in-depth promotion under the unified leadership of the government.Colleges and universities and even the whole society have reached a consensus on innovation&entrepreneurship education reform.The development of innovation&entrepreneurship education should stick to the"people-oriented"concept for educational development,abide by the objective laws of the education development itself,and follow the laws of talent training and growth.However,at current stage,the innovation&entrepreneurship education more or less has the problems of elitism,activism and fragmentation,which requires colleges and universities to integrate innovation&entrepreneurship education into talent training programs and teaching plans,to enhance the discipline construction and the integration of industry and education,and to improve the awareness of college leaders,the teaching capacity of faculty and the quality of management personnel.
