摘要
以报废磷酸铁锂电池中回收的正极粉料为研究对象,结合XRD与SEM对回收物料进行结构与形貌表征.热处理温度并未改变晶体结构,回收物料的微观形貌为层片状,且粒度分布不均,主要是微米级别的复合材料.600℃处理过的粉料可逆容量达到90 mAh·g^-1,说明报废磷酸铁锂电池正极粉料具有一定的回收价值.
The structure and morphology of the cathode powders recovered from the discarded lithium iron phosphate battery were characterized by XRD and SEM.The heat treatment temperature did not change the crystal structure,the micro morphology of the recovered materials was lamellar,and the particle size distribution was uneven,mainly in micro levelcomposite particles.The reversible capacity of the powder treated at 600℃ reached 90 mAh·g^-1,which illustrated that the waste positive powder of lithium iron phosphate battery worth recycling to some extent.
