护理专业学生临床急救经历体验的质性研究 被引量:2

Qualitative study on clinical rescue experience of nursing professional students:an interpretative phenomenological study

摘要 目的 了解护理专业学生(护生)急救经历的体验,为学校培养护生急救能力提供新思路.方法 选择2019年1月至2月在湖南省5家综合医院招募的临床实习经历过患者急救的19名护生作为研究对象.采用解释现象学质性研究方法,对研究对象进行质性访谈,然后将资料归类、编码、提取主题.结果 最终提取出了情感体验、行动表现、角色期待、成长促进4个主题:①情感体验子主题:急救时情感体验和急救后情感体验;②行动表现子主题:积极表现和消极表现;③角色期待子主题:以身示教和引导鼓励;④成长促进子主题:个人成长和专业成长.护生急救经历体验资料表明,护生临床急救感受与表现不一,急救相关技能与知识欠缺,心理应对技巧有待加强.结论 广大护理教育者可通过临床实践教学改革以提升其急救核心技能. Objective To understand the nursing students'first aid clinical practical experience,so as to provide new ideas for school to improve the rescue ability of nursing students.Methods The 19 nursing students who had internship elinical practice experience of patients'first aid were recruited from 5 general hospitals in Hunan Province from January to February 2019,and they were selected as research objects.Using the qualitative research method of interpretative phenomenology,the research ohjects were interviewed qualitatively,and then the data were classified,coded and themes extracted.Results Finally,four themes were extraeted including emotional experience,first aid performance,role expectation and growth promotion:①Emotional experience subthemes:Emotional experience in first aid and that after first aid.②First aid performance subthemes:active or positive performance and negative or passive performance.③Role expectation subthemes:teaching by example and encourging by guidance.④Growth promnotion subthemes:personal growth and professional growth.The data of nursing students'first aid experience showed that the elinical experience and performance of nursing students were differenl,the skills and knowledge related to first aid were deficient,and the psychological reaction toward skills needed to be strengthened.Conclusion It is necessary to via clinical practical teaching reformation to elevate the first aid core skills of extensive nursing educators.
