摘要
近年来,随着人口数量的不断上升,建筑的需求量也在增加,带动了建筑行业的发展。房屋建筑施工防渗漏作为房屋建造过程中的重要环节,其关系到居民日后的生活。此文旨在探讨房屋建筑发生渗漏的原因,并探讨房屋建筑防渗漏施工技术的应用创新,旨在促进我国房屋建筑防渗漏施工技术的不断发展。
In recent years, with the increasing population, the demand for construction is also increasing, which has led to the development of the construction industry. The anti-leakage construction is an important part in the construction process of housing and related to the future life of the residents. This paper aims to explore the causes of leakage in housing buildings, and to explore the application and innovation of building anti-leakage construction technology, aimed at promoting the continuous development of anti-leakage construction technology in China’s housing buildings.
