摘要
本研究所采用的抗震技术是一种采用装配式钢板网、装配式薄壁型钢柱、新增支托角钢圈梁,以及斜撑钢拉杆综合加固多层砌体结构的技术组合。本文针对某既有砌体结构多层住宅的抗震加固特点及存在的问题进行研究,提出了上述整体装配式加固方法,有效地改进了旧有加固方法的缺欠,大大提高了施工速度,增加了结构的安全性,对进一步研究和实践既有砌体结构房屋抗震加固、老旧住宅的综合改造,以及完善改进抗震加固方法有很大意义。本加固技术可供砌体结构的抗震加固设计施工参考。
The anti-seismic technology used in this research is a technical combination that uses assembled steel mesh, assembled thin-walled steel columns, newly added supporting angle steel ring beams and diagonal bracing steel rods to comprehensively strengthen the multi-layer masonry structure. This paper studies the aseismic reinforcement characteristics and the existing problems of an existing masonry structure multi-storey residence, and proposes the above-mentioned integral assembly-type reinforcement method, which effectively improves the defects of the old reinforcement method, greatly improves the construction speed, and improves the safety of the structure. It is of great significance for further research and practice of the aseismic reinforcement of the existing masonry structures and the comprehensive transformation of old residences, and the improvement of aseismic reinforcement methods. This reinforcement technology can be used as a reference for the design and construction of aseismic reinforcement of masonry structures.
