摘要
现存民国建筑中的楼梯既有遗产价值,又是建筑中的垂直交通和疏散通道,在保护与安全使用之间存在一些矛盾。文章基于对广州民国建筑楼梯的调查研究,分析其遗产价值,并比照现行设计规范,针对楼梯数量、栏杆高度、立柱式栏杆间距及梯段靠窗的问题,提出兼顾保护和使用安全的措施。
The existing stairs in the architecture of the Republic of China not only have heritage value, but also are the vertical traffic and evacuation channels. There are some contradictions between the protection and safe use. Based on the investigation and study of the architectural stairs in the Republic of China in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the heritage value of the stairs, compares with the current design norms, and puts forward the measures to take into account the protection and use safety of the stairs, such as the number of stairs, the height of railings, and the stairs by the windows.
