摘要
目的:探讨FOCUS-PDCA循环在降低医院内人为因素血液报废中的应用和效果。方法:采用FOCUS-PDCA循环9个步骤,即发现问题,组织,明确,了解,选择,计划,实施,检查和持续改进,分析我院人为因素血液报废的原因,制定相应的实施计划和改进措施。结果:通过FOCUS-PDCA循环,我院人为因素血液报废率从1.06%降至0.23%。结论:运用FOCUS-PDCA循环可以明显降低医院内人为因素血液报废,避免了血液资源浪费,提高临床输血质量管理能力。
Objective:To evaluate the application and effect of FOCUS-PDCA cycle on reducing blood discarding resulted from human factors in hospital. Method:Following nine steps of FOCUS-PDCA cycle,which were find,organize,clarify,understand,select,plan,do,check and act,the potential causes of blood discarding resulted from human factors were mapped out and corresponding counter measures were proposed. Result:After the utilization of FOCUS-PDCA cycle,the rate of blood discarding resulted from human factors in hospital was decreased from 1.06% to 0.23%.Conclusion:FOCUS-PDCA cycle could significantly reduce the rate of blood discarding resulted from human factors,avoid blood wastage and improve the clinical blood transfusion management.
