摘要
依托港口资源发展而起的临港经济,是一种新兴的高端区域经济发展模式。港口与临港产业的协同发展必然会推进区域经济的快速增长。在分析大连和上海港口与临港产业协同发展现状的基础上,对标上海,总结其港口与临港产业协同发展的成功经验,指出大连临港产业协同发展中存在的主要问题,从宏观、中观、微观层面针对性地提出促进和提升大连港口与临港产业协同发展的策略。
The port-vicinity economy which has developed from the sources of ports is a new high-end regional economic development model.The coordinated development of the ports and the port-vicinity industries will inevitably promote the rapid growth of the regional economy.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the coordinated development of the ports and port-vicinity indus⁃tries in Dalian and Shanghai,by benchmarking Shanghai,its successful experience in the coordinat⁃ed development of the ports and port-vicinity industries has been summed up,pointing out the main problems in the coordinated development of Dalian’s port industries.At the macro,meso and micro levels,the targeted strategies to promote and enhance the coordinated development of Dalian ports and port-vicinity industries have been proposed.
