连续护理干预对超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕患者的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨连续系统的护理干预模式对超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者的效果观察。方法我科室从2016年3月至2018年12月,选取48名双侧面颊部痤疮瘢痕女性患者,随机分为对照组24例;干预组24例。对照组采用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光进行常规治疗,干预组在上述常规治疗的基础上再采用连续系统的护理干预模式,对两组患者的治疗疼痛程度、治疗依从性以及术后满意度进行效果观察。结果干预组疼痛评分低于对照组,治疗依从性及术后满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对超脉冲CO2 点阵激光治疗面部痤疮患者采用连续系统的护理干预模式,可缓解治疗疼痛减轻病人痛苦,提高术后患者满意度及治疗依从性。 Objective Investigate the effect of continuous system nursing intervention mode on the treatment of facial sunken acne scar by ultra pulse CO2 laser.Methods From March 2016 to December 2018,48 female patients with acne scar on bilateral cheek were randomly divided into control group(24 cases)and intervention group(24 cases).The control group received conventional treatment with ultra pulse carbon dioxide lattice laser,and the intervention group adopted continuous system nursing intervention mode on the basis of the above conventional treatment.The treatment pain degree,treatment compliance and postoperative satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The pain score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the treatment compliance and postoperative satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),Conclusion Continuous and systematic nursing intervention mode for patients with facial acne treated by ultra pulse CO2 lattice laser can relieve the pain of the treatment and relieve the pain of patients,and improve the satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients after operation.
