摘要
侵彻武器作为以穿甲弹、钻地弹等为代表的现代战争常用武器,随着电子技术的发展,其引信的引爆方式变得越来越智能化、灵巧化,越来越多地依赖于对大量电子元器件的使用。侵彻武器引信控制电路所处的力学环境比较极端,在进行国产元器件选型时,在满足电性能的基础上,往往还需要满足种种复杂的力学环境要求。通过分析典型侵彻引信的控制电路所处的力学环境,对封装材料、封装形式的选择,以及筛选检验条件的设置等方面探讨用于侵彻武器引信控制电路的国产元器件选型问题。
Penetrating weapon,as a common weapon in modern warfare,represented by armor-piercing projectile and ground-penetrating projectile,has become more and more intelligent and smart with the development of electronic technology,and more and more depends on the use of a large number of electronic components.The mechanical environment in which the fuze control circuit of penetrating weapon is located is extreme.When selecting domestic components,it is often necessary to meet various complex mechanical environment requirements on the basis of meeting the electrical performance.By analyzing the mechanical environment of typical penetrating fuze control circuit,the selection of packaging materials,packaging forms and the setting of screening and inspection conditions,the selection of domestic components for penetrating weapon fuze control circuit is discussed.
