摘要
观察谷胱甘肽滴眼剂进口与国产制剂治疗老年皮质性、核性白内障的临床安全性及有效性。临床试验采用随机对照，人选患者为50例，其中国产制剂组为30例、30只眼，进口制剂组20例、20只眼。治疗组使用国产的2％谷胱甘肽滴眼剂，剂量每次为1－2滴，每日三次；对照组使用进口2％谷胱甘肽滴眼剂，剂量每次为1-2滴，每日三次。两组治疗疗程均为半年。结果表明，按国际标准视力提高两行以上者，治疗组为56.6％，对照组为40.0％，经统计学处理，差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。
To evaluate the effciency and the safety of two kinds of glutathione (importedand domestic production) in the treatment of cortical or nuclear senile cataract, arandomized, effective-controlled clinical trial was performed. 30 eyes of 30 patients weregiven glutathione (domestic product) and 20 patients were given glutathione (imported).Both drugs were used by one to two drops each time and 3 times a day for half a year.Theresults showed that the effective rates of improving two lines of International standardvisual acuity test chart were 56.62% in the test group and 40.0% in control group respectively.The effective rates of the two products had no significant statistical difference (P<0.05)
