摘要
中风后痉挛性偏瘫严重影响患者肢体功能活动和生存质量,所以寻求有效的治疗方法是医学界关注的问题。近年来中医学在治疗该病方面优势明显,目前多位学者在病因病机及发病机制,临床疗效评价开展研究,发现中药辨证论治、针刺、灸法、推拿、中药泡洗在治疗本病方面临床疗效显著。作者综述近五年中医对中风后痉挛性偏瘫的研究进展,通过阐明各种不同的治疗方式的优势和不足,对其结果进行综合分析,以更好的服务患者和提高患者生存质量。
Spastic hemiplegia after stroke seriously affects the physical activity and quality of life of patients.Therefore,seeking effective treatment is a concern of the medical community.In recent years,Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of this disease.At present,many scholars have carried out research on the etiology,pathogenesis and pathogenesis,and clinical efficacy evaluation.They have found that Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,and Chinese medicine bathing are useful in the treatment of this disease.The clinical effect is remarkable.The author summarizes the research progress of TCM on spastic hemiplegia after stroke in the past five years.By clarifying the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods,the results are comprehensively analyzed to better serve patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
