城市轨道交通车站基坑伺服钢支撑轴力补偿与开挖变形控制效果 被引量:18

Axial Force Compensation for Urban Rail Transit Station Servo Steel Support and Control Effect of Foundation Pit Excavation Deformation

摘要 基于宁波轨道交通海晏北路站深基坑的开挖变形与支撑轴力实测数据,对比分析液压伺服钢支撑与普通钢支撑的变形控制效果。结果表明:与普通钢支撑段相比,相邻液压伺服钢支撑段围护结构变形量减小16%~20%,地表沉降量减小13%~25%;普通钢支撑存在明显的轴力损失现象。液压伺服钢支撑采取“低补偿高调整”的工作方式,能有效弥补钢支撑轴力损失的缺陷,减小围护结构变形,提高基坑开挖时的稳定性与安全性。 Based on the measured data of support axial force and support structure deformation caused by the foundation pit excavation at rail transit Haiyanbeilu Station in Ningbo City,the deformation control effects of hydraulic servo steel support and ordinary steel support are comparatively analyzed.Research results show that the deformation of the surrounding structure and the ground surface settlement in servo steel support section are reduced by 16%~20%,and 13%~25%respectively compared to the ordinary steel support section,in which the loss of axial force is obvious.While the hydraulic servo steel support can effectively make up for axial force loss of the ordinary steel support,reduce the deformation of the support structure and improve the security of foundation pit excavation by adopting the“low compensation and high adjusting”,working mode.
