摘要
为了解大学生对社会代际养老的认知情况,对南京市的502名大学生进行问卷调查,有51.6%的大学生对社会代际养老模式持赞同态度,91.8%的学生认为自己能够保护被照顾老年人的隐私,51.0%的学生认为自己能满足大多数老年人的精神需求,65.2%的学生认为自己能够满足大多数老年人的陪伴需求。了解老年人常见疾病护理知识,老年人基本救助方法、老年人卫生防护知识和老年人护理记录方法的学生占比均不到20%。建议根据老年人的需求内容,选择不同性别的大学生提供帮助;拓宽大学生代际养老服务的渠道,为大学生参与养老服务提供更多的平台;大力宣传助老文化,学校应开设相应的课程,营造良好的积极老龄化氛围。
In the research of college students'cognition of social intergenerational pension,502 college students in Nanjing were surveyed with questionnaires.51.6%of the students agreed with the social intergenerational pension model,91.8%thought that they could protect the privacy of the senior citizens,51.0%supposed that they could meet the intellectual and cultural needs of the majority of the elderly,and 65.2%believed that they could always keep the elderly accompanied.The proportion of respondents who possessed the nursing knowledge of common diseases,basic aids,health protection and nursing record for the elderly was less than 20%.It is suggested that college students of different genders should be selected to provide help based on the requirements of the elderly community.The channels of intergenerational pension services should be broadened for college students for a wider platform of pension services.Corresponding courses should be set up in the colleges and the elderly care should be promoted in a bid to foster positive aging atmosphere.
