摘要
在康德的道德哲学体系中,“人的尊严”这一表达具有独特的含义。人是尊严的载体,但在康德看来,真正赋有尊严的,是作为本体的人,是人格中的人性。尊严是一种绝对的内在价值,但这并不意味着它是一种人生而具有的实在属性,毋宁说,康德把尊严从根本上理解为一种关系性的价值规范,道德法则才是尊严的唯一生成来源。人通过其行为能配享尊严,同样也会丧失尊严。对康德而言,尊严不是一种固有的现实,而是一种价值提升和崇高的理想,是人类要不断追求和奋斗的目标。
In Kant's system of moral philosophy,the expression“human dignity”has an unusual meaning.Human beings are carriers of dignity,but according to Kant,what exactly has dignity is the noumenal human being,i.e.,the“humanity in person”.Dignity is an absolute intrinsic value,but this does not mean that dignity is a real property that human beings acquire from birth.Rather,Kant fundamentally understands dignity as a relational value norm,and the moral law is only the source of the generation of dignity.Human beings can acquire dignity through their actions,and they can also lose their dignity.For Kant,dignity is not an inherent reality,but a value elevation or an ideal of sublimity.It is a goal that human beings constantly pursue and strive for.
