摘要
槟榔矢尖蚧(Unaspis yanonensis)是槟榔生产上危害较重的一类害虫.为筛选出防治矢尖蚧高效低毒的有效药剂,本研究在室内采用叶碟浸叶法测定了7种杀虫剂对矢尖蚧的触杀活性.结果表明,7种杀虫剂对矢尖蚧1龄若虫都有较高的毒力,根据LC 50值,毒力由高到低分别为螺虫乙酯(2.71 mg/L)、联苯菊酯(4.14 mg/L)、噻虫胺(5.40 mg/L)、吡蚜酮(8.86 mg/L)、呋虫胺(9.16 mg/L)、噻虫嗪(14.82 mg/L)和啶虫脒(26.47 mg/L).因此,螺虫乙酯可以作为田间防治矢尖蚧有效药剂.
Unaspis yanonensis is a serious pest on betel nut.To screen out effective agents for the prevention and control of U.yanonensis with high efficiency and low toxicity,the contact activity of seven insecticides against U.yanonensis was determined with the leaf-disc method in laboratory.The results showed that all the 7 insecticides had relatively high toxicity to the 1st instar nymphs of U.yanonensis.Based on their LC 50 values,spirotetramat had the highest toxicity(2.71 mg/L),followed in order by biphenyl pyrethroid(4.14 mg/L),clothianidin(5.40 mg/L),pymetrozine(8.86 mg/L),dinotefuran(9.16 mg/L),thiamethoxam(14.82 mg/L)and pyridine amidine(26.47 mg/L).Thus,spirotetramat is recommended as an effective agent for controlling U.yanonensis in the field.
