摘要
探究重度宫颈糜烂患者采用Leep刀手术后的护理干预效果。选取2019年2月—2020年5月在广河县人民医院接受Leep刀手术的重度宫颈糜烂患者46例为研究对象,根据电脑随机盲选法分为研究组和对照组,每组各23例,对比两组患者的手术效果及术后并发症发生率。结果表明,研究组的手术总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组发生宫颈管黏连、感染、下腹坠痛等并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重度宫颈糜烂患者接受Leep刀手术治疗期间采用护理干预可优化手术效果,改善预后,临床应用价值较高。
The research analyzes the nursing intervention results of Leep knife operation of severe cervical erosion patients.46 severe cervical erosion patients who received Leep knife operation in the hospital from Feb.,2019 to May,2020 are selected.According to random blind method,they are divided into research group and control group,with 23 patients in each group.Operation result and postoperative complication rate of two groups are compared.The results show that the total effective rate of research group is higher than control group(P<0.05).Cervical synechia,infection and bearing-down pain of hypogastrium of research group are lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing intervention after leep knife operation of severe cervical erosion patients can optimize operation results,and improve prognosis.It is worth clinical application value.
