苯胺黑对玻璃纤维增强尼龙6非等温结晶行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对具有不同苯胺黑含量的玻璃纤维增强尼龙6体系进行非等温结晶研究,分别根据Avrami方程与莫志深法得到了不同的非等温结晶动力学参数。结果表明,随着苯胺黑含量的提高,体系半结晶时间t 1/2延长,结晶速率常数Z c变小,F(T)变大,表明体系结晶速率降低,苯胺黑的加入阻碍了尼龙6的结晶,最后通过Kissinger方程计算了活化能,苯胺黑的加入导致了活化能的提升,说明从熔融态转变成结晶态需要更多的能量。 Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to study the non-isothermal crystallization of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 with different nigrosine contents.Different non-isothermal crystallization kinetic parameters were obtained according to the Avrami equation and Mo method.The results show that with the increase of nigrosine content,the half-time of crystallization(t 1/2)is extended,the crystallization rate constant(Z c)becomes smaller,and F(T)becomes larger.All the data show that the crystallization rate is slower,the addition of nigrosine could hinder the crystallization of nylon 6.Finally,the activation energy is calculated by the Kissinger equation.The addition of nigrosine leads to the increase of activation energy,which indicates that more energy is needed to transform from molten state to crystalline state.
