PAA-SA-BT有机-无机复合吸水树脂的制备及耐盐性能 被引量:3

Preparation of PAA-SA-BT Organic-inorganic Composite Superabsorbent and Its Salt Resistance

摘要 以丙烯酸、海藻酸钠和膨润土为聚合原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸胺为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了有机-无机复合吸水树脂PAA-SA-BT。对聚合反应条件进行优化并对吸水树脂在不同溶液中的吸水性能进行测定。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:海藻酸钠、膨润土、过硫酸铵、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺占丙烯酸的质量分数分别为7%、3%、0.18%、0.16%。在最佳条件下制备的吸水树脂吸水性能较好,在蒸馏水及0.1 mol/L NaCl溶液中吸水倍率分别为416.0、87.0 g/g,具有较好的耐盐性,且在室温下具有良好的保水性能。吸水树脂溶胀动力学符合Schott准二级动力学模型。 Organic-inorganic composite superabsorbent(PAA-SA-BT)was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization with acrylic acid,sodium alginate and bentonite as polymerization materials,N,N-methylene diacrylamide as crosslinking agent,and ammonium persulfate as initiator.The polymerization conditions were optimized and the water absorbency of the superabsorbent in various solutions were measured.The results show when the mass ratios of sodium alginate,bentonite,ammonium persulfate,N,N-methylene diacrylamide to acrylic acid are 7%,3%,0.18%and 0.16%,respectively,the optimum synthesis condition is obtained.The superabsorbent prepared under the best conditions shows better water absorbency.And when the swelling ratio in distilled water and 0.1 mol/L NaCl solution are 416.0 and 87.0 g/g,respectively,the superabsorbent has good salt resistance and water retention capacity at room temperature.The swelling kinetics of superabsorbent is consistent with Schott s pseudo second-order swelling kinetics model.
