摘要
为保证人体使用输尿管支架的安全性,需要对用于制造输尿管支架的聚氨酯材料进行综合评价,涉及物理性能、化学性能、生物相容性、降解性、材料表面结石生长速度等多方面。深入分析了人体使用输尿管支架时可能存在的风险,并详细阐述了聚氨酯材料各项性能评价的意义、评价内容以及评价方法。
To ensure the safety of ureteral stents for medical use,it was necessary to make a comprehensive evaluation of the polyurethane material used to manufacture ureteral stents,which involved physical properties,chemical properties,biocompatibility,degradation,and the growth rate of encrustation on the surface of the material.The possible risks of using ureteral stents for medical support had been thoroughly analyzed.Meanwhile,the significance,content and method of performance evaluation of polyurethane had also been explicated respectively.
