摘要
脂质体顺二新癸酸反右旋环己二胺铂是一种人工合成的抗癌新药。由脂质体包裹铂类似物顺二新癸酸反右旋环己二胺铂而成。与顺铂相比，它毒性小、疗效好，并且与顺铂没有交叉耐药性。本文就其组成、性质、药代动力学、体内外药效学、作用机理以及药物不良反应作一综述。
Liposome encapsulated cis-bis-neodecanoatotrans-R, R-1, 2-diamino- cyclohexane platinum(L-NDDP,∏) is an artificial new anti-tumor drug, which is the cisplatin analogue cis-bis-neodecanoatotrans-R,R-1,2-diaminocyclohexane platinum(∏) encapsulated by liposomes. Compared with cisplatin, it has good curative effect and decrease toxicity, moreover, it is not cross resistant. This review is on the composing, the characters, the pharmacokinetics and the pharmacodynamics in vitro and in vivo, as well as the mechanism, and the toxicity and the side effects of it.
