摘要
对于产品质量的重视正成为越来越多企业的共识,质量的优劣事关自身与所处供应链的切身利益。企业若想改善自己所处的环境,必须从管理好产品质量开始,而实施全面质量管理是企业实现长久高效发展的必由之路。论文对全面质量管理进行概述,然后对中小型企业质量管理中存在的问题及解决对策作出了详细的说明,为今后企业的发展提供参考借鉴。
The emphasis on product quality is becoming the consensus of more and more enterprises.The quality of good and bad is related to the vital interests of itself and its supply chain.If enterprises want to improve their environment,they must start from managing product quality,and the implementation of total quality management is the only way for enterprises to achieve long-term and efficient development.This paper summarizes the total quality management,and then makes a detailed description of the problems existing in the quality management of small and medium-sized enterprises and the solving countermeasures,so as to provide a reference for the development of enterprises in the future.
